Booking Terms | Blueprint Session

The Blueprint Session fee is due in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us directly at (224) 326-0411 at least 48 hours in advance, we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable.
No-Shows If you are unable to attend without prior notice, the session fee is forfeited.
Refunds The Blueprint Session fee is non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered in the case of a genuine emergency at the sole discretion of Universal Designs, Inc.
Agreement By completing your booking you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
